Free shipping is not extended to special promotional offers such as any 'FREE + Shipping' offers where we are providing the item at no cost.
We have manufacturing partners all over over the world, including the US, South America, and Asia. To save you money, we ship from factory directly to you. As many of our items are shipped internationally, shipping times vary. We always aim to process and ship your order within 5-7 working days. Please note that international shipments can take from 2-5 weeks. We thank you for your support and patience.
- At times, some orders may take up to 6 weeks, depending on various factors such as which postage service/company is being used, and any potential delays with customs. If you have any questions, or if you are experiencing any unexpected delays with receiving your order, please contact us for assistance.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
FeelAtHome is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
- Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback. We value all our customers and we hope we can be treated fairly too.
Description of Shipping Times
Select items will have different shipping rates due to the items being shipped from a US warehouse, and the weight of the item. See below for definition of shipping times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 working day processing, 5-12 business days shipping
Expedited Shipping: 5-day delivery (not including weekends)
- Priority Shipping: 3-day delivery
*Priority and Expedited are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Delays / Problems
Occasionally, there may be an issue or a problem with shipping, which is unfortunately out of our control, and comes down to the individual shipping service used, or any possible security/customs hold-ups.
If your item has not arrived in the time specified above, please contact our support team who will be able to assist you further.
In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.
